Founded in 2004, SyncraTec started out working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and has stayed focused on serving client customers using the product in all the years since.  We’re delighted to be on-board with CRM 2016 as it evolves into a system at the core of information technology; driving productivity, marketing efficiency, customer service excellence through optimization of business processes and ever-improving data analytics.

With a local presence in the Greater Philadelphia Area, SyncraTec has grown in terms of the number of direct employees and size and diversity of our client base.  Providing Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation consulting services and Office 365 for small-to-medium-sized businesses (SMB) and national corporations in Greater Philadelphia Area.

Email marketing with ClickDimensions is a particular strength, as we’ve done work for clients sending millions of emails per year; and bringing in thousands of leads through web forms.

For custom reports, we’ve written hundreds of SSRS reports, both T-SQL- and Fetch XML-based.  Power BI is now a primary focus area for us as we adapt to meet the demand for more and better data analysis capabilities.
